Accessibility Statement
Neatoware wants everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use assistive technology.
Our commitment
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, across this website. We design and test our pages with that standard in mind and fix problems as we find them.
What we do
- Check pages with automated accessibility tools and by hand, including keyboard-only navigation
- Provide a skip link, clear headings, and labeled page regions
- Write text alternatives for meaningful images
- Label every form field and announce form errors
- Use text and background colors that meet WCAG AA contrast
- Respect reduced-motion settings and design pages to work on small screens. At 200% zoom on some screen sizes, the site header does not yet fit and the page may scroll sideways.
Known limitations
- Some tools and videos are provided by other companies, including the breach check, the speed test, and videos in older news posts. We choose them with care but do not control their accessibility.
- Some older PDF documents and news posts may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA. If you need one in another format, ask and we will help.
