Website Terms of Use
Effective Date: October 20, 2026
Welcome to neatoware.com, operated by Neatoware, LLC (“Neatoware,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use govern your access to our public website and the articles, downloads, contact forms, and other resources we provide through it. Independent services you reach by link from the website, and the booking scheduler from our booking provider embedded on our Book a Call page, are also subject to their providers’ own terms. By accessing or using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site.
1. Website Information and Customer Agreements
Information on this website, including descriptions of services, pricing illustrations, plan comparisons, technical articles, and other materials, is provided for general informational purposes. Unless expressly stated otherwise, website content does not constitute a binding offer, quotation, professional recommendation, or contractual commitment.
Neatoware’s products and professional services are governed by the applicable Product and Services Agreement, accepted Orders, General Terms and Conditions, schedules, addenda, and other governing documents. In the event of a conflict, the applicable customer agreement and its established order of precedence control.
Nothing on this website or in these Terms of Use modifies an existing customer agreement or creates additional service obligations, performance guarantees, or contractual rights.
2. Free Tools and Educational Resources
Neatoware may provide publications, articles, and other educational materials, along with pages that link to free tools run by independent providers, such as the email and password breach checks offered by Have I Been Pwned and the internet speed test offered by Cloudflare. Those tools run on their providers’ own websites and are not operated or controlled by Neatoware. They are governed by the providers’ own terms and privacy policies. These resources are provided for general informational purposes.
Results from these tools may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or affected by circumstances outside Neatoware’s control. In particular, the absence of a reported breach does not establish that an account or system is secure or has never been compromised. Performance measurements may vary based on network conditions, equipment, service providers, and other factors.
Free tools and resources, including the independent tools we link to, do not constitute a professional security assessment, vulnerability assessment, penetration test, compliance certification, ongoing monitoring service, or individualized technical advice. They should not be relied upon as the sole basis for security, operational, or business decisions.
Neatoware may modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue its own resources, and its links to independent tools, at any time. The availability of independent tools is controlled by their providers.
3. Acceptable Use and Authorization
You agree to use this website and its resources only for lawful and authorized purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or information; interfere with website operations; circumvent security controls or usage restrictions; conduct unauthorized scanning or security testing; or use automated tools in a manner that disrupts or abuses our services or supporting providers.
You may submit accounts, email addresses, domains, or other information to any security tool reached from this website only when you own the information or have appropriate authorization to perform the check. You may not use these resources for unauthorized account enumeration, credential harvesting, surveillance, or other unlawful activities. Independent tools may also apply their own acceptable-use terms.
Neatoware reserves the right to restrict access or take appropriate action to protect the website, its users, and supporting systems from misuse.
4. Sensitive Information
Our public website forms and our booking page are not approved channels for transmitting confidential or regulated client information. The independent tools we link to are not Neatoware channels.
Do not submit passwords, access tokens, private encryption keys, Criminal Justice Information (CJI), investigative or case records, protected health information, Social Security numbers, detailed security configurations, or other sensitive information through general website forms or our booking page.
Existing customers should use their designated secure support and communication channels when exchanging sensitive information or reporting security incidents. Website contact forms are not substitutes for established incident-reporting procedures.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, the text, graphics, designs, logos, publications, and other original content on this website belong to Neatoware or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may view, print, download, and share links to our publicly available content for personal, educational, or internal business purposes. Except as permitted by law or expressly authorized by Neatoware, you may not reproduce, republish, redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit substantial portions of our content without prior written permission.
Third-party trademarks, product names, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
6. Third-Party Services and Links
Some of our pages display content from third-party providers, such as embedded videos. Our website also links to independent services operated by third parties, such as Have I Been Pwned and Cloudflare’s speed test, and embeds a booking scheduler from our booking provider on our Book a Call page. These services may be governed by their own terms of use and privacy policies. Videos provided by YouTube are subject to the YouTube Terms of Service.
Neatoware does not control independent third-party websites or services and does not guarantee their availability, accuracy, security, or suitability. References to third-party products or providers do not necessarily constitute an endorsement.
Independent websites and tools reached through links on our website are operated by their respective providers and are subject to those providers’ own terms and privacy policies. Neatoware does not receive information submitted directly to the Have I Been Pwned breach-checking services or Cloudflare’s speed test, including searches or results. Information you submit in our booking scheduler, or on a booking page our booking provider hosts for us, is processed by our booking provider on our behalf, and our Privacy Policy governs Neatoware’s collection and use of that information. To the extent a provider collects information for its own purposes, that provider’s privacy policy may apply, as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, this website and Neatoware’s free resources are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Neatoware does not warrant that website content will always be accurate, complete, or current; that the website or its resources will operate without interruption or error; or that use of these resources, or of the independent tools we link to, will identify every security vulnerability, breach, performance problem, or other technical condition. Neatoware gives no warranty for independent tools or services that are operated by third parties and linked from this website.
This disclaimer does not limit any express warranties or obligations established by a separate, applicable customer agreement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Neatoware and its officers, employees, and representatives shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the use of this website or its free resources, or reliance on results from independent tools linked from this website. This includes lost profits, loss of data, business interruption, and losses resulting from reliance on incomplete or inaccurate information.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neatoware’s total aggregate liability for claims arising solely from the use of this public website and its free resources shall not exceed US $100.
Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or modifies the liability provisions of a separately applicable customer agreement.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information obtained through this website, including information associated with website forms, our booking page, email opens and clicks, website logs, and third-party content on our pages. It also identifies the independent services we link to, whose providers handle information under their own privacy policies.
Please review the Privacy Policy before submitting personal information through our website or booking page. The independent tools we link to, such as the breach checks and speed test, have their own privacy policies, which our Privacy Policy describes. Additional disclosures may apply to particular tools or services.
10. Changes to These Terms
Neatoware may update these Terms of Use to reflect changes in our website, resources, business practices, or applicable law. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date and will apply prospectively as permitted by law.
Changes to these website terms do not amend existing customer agreements. Any modification to a customer agreement remains subject to that agreement’s applicable amendment provisions.
11. Governing Law and Severability
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to applicable law, disputes arising under these terms may be brought before courts of competent jurisdiction in Georgia.
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
