Report a Security Issue
Found a vulnerability in a Neatoware website or service? Tell us so we can fix it.
How to report
Email securityalert@neatoware.com with “Security report” in the subject line. Please include:
- The website, page, or service affected
- What you found and how to reproduce it
- The possible impact, and any proof-of-concept details
- How we can reach you
Please do not include passwords, criminal justice information, case details, or other people’s personal data in your report.
What we ask
- Give us reasonable time to fix the issue before sharing it publicly.
- Do not access, change, or delete data that is not yours, and stop as soon as you confirm the issue.
- Do not run denial-of-service tests, social engineering, spam, or physical attacks.
What we will do
- Acknowledge your report, usually within two business days
- Keep you updated as we investigate and fix it
- Credit you for the find if you would like, once the issue is fixed
Are you a Neatoware client?
If you suspect a security incident, contact your vCIO or your dedicated emergency contact directly, using the numbers on the private contact sheet we gave you. Your vCIO leads incident response and can bring in Neatoware resources right away. Keep that sheet somewhere you can find it quickly, even if your systems are down. If you cannot reach your contact, call (404) 328-7771, select Support, and say it is a security incident.
