Data Processing Addendum

This Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) forms part of the Neatoware General Terms and Conditions and applies when checked on a Product and Services Agreement.

It covers the processing of Personal Data and, where applicable, Criminal Justice Information (CJI) in connection with Managed Services, RMM, monitoring, backup, and related services.
