Which plans include this

Managed servers are included on Silver, Gold, and Platinum plans. Silver aims to respond within two business days, and Gold within one business day. Platinum aims to respond to Priority 1 incidents within four elapsed hours, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and to Priority 2 to 4 within one business day, during business hours. Can our servers stay in our building?

Yes. We manage servers on your premises or in a private cloud in a data center, whichever fits you.

What is private cloud?

Your servers run on infrastructure in a data center that we set up, patch, and manage, so you do not have to keep a server room.

Will updates break things?

Sometimes, yes. Occasionally an update causes problems. Before major changes we take a snapshot where we can, so if something breaks we can usually roll it back and get you running again.
